Cancellation Policy 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

  • For  appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 30% of the service total.
  • "NO SHOW" appointments will be charged 100%.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you feel sick or any emergency, please comminucate with me as soon as possible, we can discuss what we can do.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by the Self booking system or texting Mimi(Miharu Mora: 206-714-5685)!

 

 Refund Policy

Hair by Mimi pledges to do our best and provide you with exceptional service, every time.

We do not provide refund on Salon services. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received today, please contact us within two days of your appointment.

We will make every effort to adjust your hair as needed, but require you to return within five days time to do so. We appreciate your understanding.
